We want you to feel good about every purchase from Allsquare. If something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to make it better.

 

 

exchange policy:

we do not offer any exchanges for any product. We request customers to carefully review the product details, description, and ingredients (if applicable) before making a purchase.

Return Window:

  • You can raise a return or exchange request within 48 hours of receiving your order. 
  • Returns requested for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of taste or texture, incorrect order placement, or personal preferences will not be accepted.

Return Eligibility:

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging.
  • Return is applicable only for physical damage, wrong product received, or defective items.
  • Items marked as non-returnable, final sale, or perishable are not eligible.
  • A mandatory unboxing video must be provided- i.e clearly show the unopened package and highlight the damage or defect.

Non-Returnable Products:

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Organic powders, oils, or edible products.
  • Used bottles, lunch boxes, or personal containers.
  • Custom/labeled or made-to-order items.
  • Products received in good and usable condition.
  • Food products that have been opened or partially used.
  • Items reported as damaged after 48 hours from delivery without valid proof. 

Return Process:

  • Email us at allsquare@gmail.com with your Order ID and the reason for return.
  • Attach product images or unboxing videos (especially in case of damage).
  • Our team will review your request and schedule a return pickup, or ask you to ship the item back.
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed.

Refund Timelines:

  •  Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.
  •  Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after approval.
  •  You will receive a confirmation via email/SMS when the refund is initiated.
  •  If you paid via UPI, card or net banking, the refund will reflect in your bank statement shortly thereafter.
  •  Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the full order was damaged or undelivered.
